... You've taken vitamins.

In a world full of dieting gimmicks (even we, as caloric scientists of renown genius-ness, are confused by the Lap Band®), we're constantly bombarded by new ways of staying healthy and fit. One area that has expanded beyond just childhood Flintstones® vitamin tablets, fish oil (ew), and those Açai things we all know and love, is the vitamin. But while this branch of healthy living has evolved, one rule has definitely stayed exactly the same. We're here to make sure you understand it in simple terms.

If at any point during the day you take some form of vitamin, you burn calories
(bonus calories lost if you say "vitamins" the way the British do!). Plus, your body is so pleased with you that it will reward you by fully ignoring any calories found in any dessert you eat throughout the day. How is this possible?

Major bonus if the vitamins are colorful! More powerful colors mean more powerful calneutrons!

The positive, healthy effects of vitamins on the body counteract the potentially harmful effects of calorie intake. The calorie-fighting neutrons (called "calneutrons"*) found in vitamin supplements immediately kick in upon consumption. The result is a targeted calorie deficit that fights off any dessert-related calories you take in during the day. It's science...with a healthy twist!

But if you took your vitamins today, your calories won't be!

*not to be mistaken in any way with anything related to Cal, i.e. the University of California - Berkeley
