... You're in an airplane.


Science tells us that calories die upwards of 1,000 feet. So at a cruising altitude of 36,000 feet, calories not only do not count, but your body actually requires extra calories so that it can handle the stress of flight (and air pressure... or something). That extra free beer or mini wine bottle (who am I kidding, they're like $25)? Expensive, but calorie free! That plate of processed, reheated and largely inedible mystery meat? Have three!

As any flight attendant would agree, passenger safety while in flight is of utmost importance. So take care of yourselves, and always remember to eat and drink extensively (and sans calories!) when in an aircraft.
