... What you're eating is healthy.

The word healthy might cause some confusion, so to avoid questions here is the official CDCI definition.

health·y

[hel-thee]  –adjective, health·i·er, health·i·est.

Refers to food: 
1. containing one or more pieces of fruit, or vegetables
2. eaten in conjunction with one or more pieces of fruit, or vegetables
3. eaten before, after, or during exercise
4. eaten during the discussion of possible future exercise
5. containing water; which is necessary for hydration
6. eaten when extremely hungry; in order to avoid starvation
7. eaten during an intense food craving; in order to calm the mind and help with focus
8. eaten as a remedy for hangover or alcohol sickness
9. eaten as preemptive measure against future hangovers or alcohol sickness
10. eaten in conjunction with red wine; because of the tannins



And remember, healthy food has no calories!
