... You break your food into pieces.

Ever pretend you're not actually eating something because you only eat pieces of it whenever you walk by? Congrats! Your nutrition instincts have helped you avoid those harmful calories! Take cookies for example- those large, delicious soft baked treats have NO calories when you eat them piece by piece because the calories fall out when they are broken. All you have to do is throw away whatever container they came in, shake the pieces a bit just to be sure,  and voila! You've just enjoyed a delicious fat-free snack.
